2023 Community Housing Award Nominations with Focus Ireland

Godwin are delighted to have been nominated in two categories for the 2023 Irish Council for Social Housing Allianz Community Housing Awards, in association with our partners Focus Ireland, Sayvale Group and KPH Construction.

The Urban Regeneration and Renewal category recognises our project at Grand Parade, Cork City, a response to growing local housing requirements. The conversion and renovation of a derelict building into residential use provided 16 apartments, along with office space for Focus Ireland on the ground floor.

Our development at Old Dublin Road, Limerick City, has been nominated in the Housing with Supports category, which recognises projects providing accommodation for people with specific categories of need. The 16-unit development, completed in March 2022, was handed over to Focus Ireland for the provision of social housing.

Working alongside our key stakeholders, Godwin seek to deliver residential units to those in need amidst the housing crisis and are proud to receive the acknowledgement provided by these award nominations.
