Blue Anchor Yard Apartments, Douglas St, Cork

Godwin are delighted to hand over keys to a brand-new apartment scheme in Cork City.   In association with our partners Focus Ireland, Meitheal Architects, we have successfully completed a residential project in a location already well serviced by public transport and existing amenities.

Our development on Douglas Street is a fantastic example of urban regeneration and renewal.  The project encompassed the conversion and renovation of a commercial building into residential use, providing 4 no. high quality apartments.  Sustainability was a key element of this project with the installation of high specification heating systems and PV panels.

Working alongside our key stakeholders, Godwin seek to increase the supply of quality residential units nationwide.
