2023 Community Housing Award Nomination with PMVT

We are proud to announce that our housing development in association with Sayvale Group and Peter McVerry Trust at Main Street, Charleville, has been nominated for the Regeneration and Renewal category at this year’s Irish Council for Social Housing Allianz Community Housing Awards.

The awards celebrate excellence in the delivery of public housing, recognising developments which prioritise environmental and societal context, tenant usability, efficient housing management, and sustainability.

The Charleville project comprises the sensitive renovation of a derelict historic building into 9 no. A-rated residential units.

Delivered to the Peter McVerry Trust for the provision of social housing, this project aligns with Godwin’s mission and governing objectives to combat the underutilisation of building stock across Ireland.
