Old Dublin Road, Limerick City

Construction of Groody Apartments, Old Dublin Road in Limerick City recently commenced onsite following easing of COVID restrictions. The scheme of 16 units will deliver a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and is due for completion by March 2022.

This project is being developed by KPH Construction and upon completion, will be managed by a Tier 3 AHB for use as social homes.
