Newbridge scheme underway.

Godwin are very pleased to have started on site with our latest residential development in Newbridge, with an expected completion date of March 2022. Once complete, the development will comprise 23 no. family homes; we are working closely with a National Approved Housing Body to house a first phase of 11 families in the heart of the town in this centrally located, best practice sustainable scheme. 

The Newbridge scheme is an example of Godwin’s approach to sustainable housing provision, namely the intelligent development of central, urban locations through efficient, considerate infill development.  This site is the first in a series of starts this year in Kildare.
