This historic building once hosted the Charleville Christian Brothers School, attended by former president Eamon de Valera between 1896 and 1898.

Godwin brought this building up to modern standards, while retaining the prominent character of the original structure. These 9 A-Rated homes were handed over to the Peter McVerry Trust for the provision of much-needed social housing.

One of our key objectives is to ensure the existing supply of properties is fully utilised in the midst of this housing crisis.
