Work is now complete on the refurbishment and renovation of a vacant commercial building on the Main Street in Bruff, Co. Limerick.
The ground floor was previously in use as a butcher’s shop with the upper floors used as ancillary accommodation. The building now accommodates 4 residential units consisting of 3 Studio Apartments and 1 x 1 bedroom Apartment.
These units are to be used for Social Housing purposes with Novas Housing Body. As with many of our projects, our aim is to repurpose vacant and derelict buildings and sensitively restore them, which helps to increase footfall in regional towns like Bruff.
