Grand Parade, Cork City

With the completion and handover of 16 no. residential units at Grand Parade in Cork City, Godwin, along with our key stakeholders are continuing to deliver much-needed housing stock. This building was brought up to modern standards, while retaining the character of the original structure.

We are proud to convert this well-located, city centre development into residential use. One of our key objectives is to ensure the existing supply of properties is fully utilised, in the midst of this housing crisis.
