This development is comprised of a terrace of buildings, part two storey / part three storey. The buildings had most recently been in use as commercial (public house & offices) but have been vacant for a number of years.

Layouts were designed outlining the redevelopment of the subject buildings to 8 residential apartments (6 x 1 bedroom apartments and 2 Studio apartments), while retaining the existing fabric and streetscape of the property.

What was once a long-abandoned commercial building has now been brought back to life—providing permanent homes to individuals and families in need.
