Godwin are delighted to have achieved a successful planning application for the development of 49 no. residential units on a greenfield site at Brindle Hill, Charleville.  Enabling works are due to commence on-site in Q2 of 2023.

These energy efficient, contemporary properties have been thoughtfully designed by Meitheal Architects and will boast ‘A’ rated BER certificates.  This project will provide much needed housing in an established residential location, close to Charleville town centre.
