The project involved a partial change of use to residential, resulting in the creation of 13 dual-aspect apartment units. These units cater to a variety of living arrangements for social housing.

The development was handed over to Focus HA last year and now fully occupied, it provides high-quality, long-term homes for  people on Cork County Council’s housing list. The building also accommodates Focus’s building management team in an ancillary office space.
