The Focus Ireland led event was attended by Department of the Taoiseach, Micheál Martin.
The development was handed over to Focus HA last year and now fully occupied, it provides high-quality, long-term homes for 16 people on Cork County Council’s housing list. The building also accommodates Focus’s building management team in an ancillary office space.
The project was the result of a partnership between Godwin Consult Consult, Sayvale Group, Focus Ireland HA, Cork County Council and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Meitheal Architects.
