Patrick is a qualified, EU-registered architect and planning professional. He has over 20 years’ experience in the successful delivery of private and public housing projects, and has overseen over 2,500 residential completions in Ireland.

Patrick has in-depth knowledge of the Irish housing market and its regional variations, enjoying close relationships with many state and industry stakeholders. He has gained comprehensive expertise engaging as a consultant with both Local Authorities and Residential Developers, which requires the control and management of complex channels of communication and ability to deal with both parties’ extensive personnel network. Patrick has a particular interest in master-planning, urban design and multi-unit social housing, and has led his team to notable industry-firsts in tall building and PRS/BTR statutory consents.

Ian joined Godwin in 2021 and was previously a Senior Asset Manager at Pepper Ireland, a financial services firm based in Dublin.  A Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience, his expertise includes asset management, valuation, and capital markets. Prior to Pepper Ireland, Ian was at Savills and QRE, where he was also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Ian is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is also a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA). He has experience in commercial agency, valuations and property development consultancy and has coordinated numerous portfolio valuation projects along with large asset disposals.

Joseph is a member of MCIOB with over 20 years’ experience managing projects of varying sizes and in multiple sectors.

His distinguished career has seen him specialising in the project management and delivery of multimillion-euro projects across all sectors, all over Ireland. His experience in both commercial and technical roles, consulting and contracting, gives him a strong understanding of how to deliver projects. Joseph has successfully delivered a multitude of diverse projects, ranging from 5* boutique hotels, housing and apartment developments, retail stores and commercial buildings.

 His experience and focus on delivering projects with high levels of finishes, managing budgets and timelines, makes him and asset to any project that he leads.

Professionally, Marguerite has worked in a range of roles, including project coordination, financial accounting, and office management, consistently showcasing their ability to handle financial reporting, budget management, and cross-functional communication. In her current role as Project Coordinator at Godwin Consult, Marguerite is responsible for cashflow forecasting, coordination of subcontractor activities, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
